Admission Procedure

Application for registration should be made in the prescribed form available at the school office.

Age limit:

• PRE – KG: 2 – 3 ½ years
• KG I : 3 – 4 years
• KG II : 4 – 5 years
• STD I : 6 years as on 1st June

• Birth Certificate (Original or Attested Copy)
• Medical Certificate
• Transfer Certificate if coming from another school
• Two passport size photo
• Community Certificate (Original or Attested Copy)

• All children seeking admission will be asked to come along with their parents for an interview.
• An entrance exam will be conducted for all those who are seeking admission from STD I to STD VII. Admission will be granted on the basis of the marks scored in the test.
• All students of KG II section will have to apply for re-admission to STD I.

Play School – STD IX

1. Admission fee, annually fee and monthly fee should be paid at the time of admission
2. Anyone admitted during the course of the year will have to pay all the fees for the previous part of the academic year.
3. The fee for April and May should be paid along with the Tution fee for the month of March itself. Failing which the promotion of the student will be withheld
4. Bus fees should be remitted by the first month of each term.
5. Tution fee and computer fee may be remitted annually termly or monthly on or before the date specified.
6. Students will not be allowed to write the terminal examination if there are any dues.

1. The school collects fee for one year in only Four installments.
2. Remittance of fee – 1st term June, 2nd term September,3rd term November, 4th term January
3. The fee rates and other details of the fee will be published on the school notice board

• 1st installment on or before 10 June
• 2nd installment on or before 10 September
• 3rd installment on or before 10 November
• 4th installment on or before 10 January
